Monumental Clock This suspended clock design was proposed for the Monumental Clock to be installed in the new rotunda of the Museum and Headquarters building of the National Association Of Watch and Clock Collectors (NAWCC). Unfortunately for Suspended Time, another clock proposal was chosen. The sprockets range in size from 5 to 33 inches in diameter. This design proposal suggested using urethane/stainless steel chains and UHMVE (tough plastic) sprockets. A common use of these components is in sewage treatment plants where environmental attacks are significant. |
